Vero is the broker’s only commercial insurance brand of the Suncorp Group. They have been developing a number of product and service initiatives to improve their offer to the marketplace, and they needed to communicate the changes and new initiatives.
To communicate Vero’s changes across SME, Liability, Personal Insurance, Equipment Breakdown and AMP GID in an effective and efficient way, to highlight Vero’s positioning as brokers’ advocate.
A concept and strategy was created to communicate the essence of time, and Vero’s respect for time. This came to fruition with the creation of a wayfinding device called the NaVigator, an online time-saving innovation, designed with simplicity and speed in mind. It directs brokers to Vero’s latest improvements about product and service improvements in a few clicks.
